Gingerbread Bars with Italian Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients ¼ C butter, melted ¼ C lowfat sour cream ¾ cup sugar ¼ cup brown sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla ⅓ cup molasses 1 egg 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 cups flour 1 tablespoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground ginger ¼ teaspoon cloves ¼ teaspoon nutmeg ½ teaspoon salt Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, combine butter, sour cream, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and molasses and beat until creamy. Add the egg and stir until completely incorporated. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined. RED HOT CHRISTMAS PUNCH

Ingredients 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate ½ (64-oz) can cranberry juice ½ (46-oz) can pineapple juice 1 (5.5-oz) box red hots candies 1 cup water 2 (2-liter) bottles Sprite® Instructions Dissolve red hots candies in water over medium heat, stirring frequently. Allow to cool. Mix orange juice, lemonade, cranberry juice and pineapple juice in a large bowl. Add cooled red hot candies. Freeze into rings (about 2 large bundt pans or 12 mini bundts). Cranberry Pomegranate Cocktails

Ingredients 1 liter Canada Dry Ginger Ale 1 (64 ounce) bottle great value cranberry pomegranate juice 2 pomegranates or 2 packages pomegranate seeds 2 cups fresh whole cranberries 12 small sprigs rosemary 1 ounce vodka per cocktail sugar and water, garnish rims Instructions Thread 2 whole cranberries on the bottle of each sprig of rosemary; set aside. Dip the rim of each cocktail glass in water and then sugar; set aside. Place 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds in the bottom of each glass. Add ¼ cup cranberry pomegranate juice, 1 ounce vodka, and fill remaining room with Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Gently stir and sdd a rosemary/cranberry sprig. Ingredients 1   pkg.   8 oz. brick cream cheese, softened 36   OREO Cookies   finely crushed 4   pkg.   4 oz. each white baking chocolate, melted sprinkles or crushed peppermint Instructions Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
