SALSA VERDE BAKED CHICKEN RECIPE

Ingredients you need:
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of salsa verde (try homemade Salsa Verde de Tomatillo Recipe)
- 1 cup of monterey jack cheese (optional, but we love it with cheese)
- cilantro to top (optional)
How to make Salsa Verde Baked Chicken
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a 9×13 pan spray with non stick spray.
- Place chicken in the bottom of the pan (I like to actually fillet my chicken breasts so they are thinner and they bake quicker)
- Pour salsa verde over the chicken.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Top with cheese (optional) and broil for 5 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
